Default Does it work???

Hello everyone, very new to this and not at all sure about it either. Always been the type of person who thinks it may well work for you, but it won't work for me because nothing does !!!!! listened to the demo and ........nothing..... any advice would be gratefully received as I'm fed up after 54 years of feeling crap

Hi Taffyboy,
Try not to expect much while you meditate and listen to Lifeflow, it is on your daily routine that you will feel changes, small changes, and then you will find yourself feeling good, but for no specific reason...take your time, let go and try it , do it regulary. It take patience to feel those changes.
Good luck
Pavlina

I'll second what Pavlina says.

In short it does work, and it can work for everyone, if they stick at it.
A lot of people look for that magic bullet that can just be used once and some miraculous change happens. In most cases there's no such thing.

Hugs

Giles

Taffyboy! are you from South Wales? because that's so much a South Wales attitude that I can hear the accent from across the valley

You answered your own question.

"it won't work for me because nothing does"

That is precisely why meditation is the way forward for you. Give yourself time to find out what nothing can do for you. Do you drive? did you give up learning after your first lesson? Nothing is not an easy pastime that you can do because you feel like it. It is probably the hardest thing for a man to achieve.

Meditation can be used for many purposes and it delivers every time. One of the aims of some is to reduce everything to nothing leaving oneself alone with oneself. If what you wrote is true then it's time to find out what nothing has been doing for you. The journey is very interesting but it's up to you to take it or not.
