Oh yeah, most certainly.
Mediation can be practiced by anyone regardless of religious beliefs. There are plenty of people from all walks of life who meditate in one form or another.
Some places that teach meditation may incorporate spiritual aspects to their teachings, but it isn't needed for the actual practice of meditation. However, if you are a spiritual person and you wish to combine the two, then that is your own choice.
I myself have a very scientific/logical mind, and don't subscribe to any religion, though I find there is a great deal of useful insight to be had from a lot of the religious texts and spiritual teachings (and also there's a lot of unsubstantiated beliefs and baloney hehe!).
Meditation is just great and beneficial with or without such beliefs.
