I have just registered myself and saying “Hi”
I have always been a positive and cheerful person until recently. I was going through a stressful period and I tried finding ways to get answers to my problem.
My stress are results of my over thinking and over analyzing matters. I have to learn to tame the “monkeys” in my head and to be mindfulness. Meditation is one way, as it keeps me relax.
I have just started using life flow. I don’t know if I am doing it right or not , but when I am listening to the life flow free demo audio via my iphone, I would keep still and keep my mind or thoughts ‘quiet’.I would close my eyes and just relax like when I am listening to my music. I have always enjoy meditative music and would listen with my headphone, to immerse myself totally to every beats and notes.
I have never meditate before but I do take time off to be still and reflect at the end of a busy day. Bad time would be when I am “caught’ in certain thought pattern and have no answers to them.. Being able to relax helps clarify the mind and things do not look that bad after all.
