Positive psychological changes that occur during meditation are associated with greater telomerase activity. Meditation improves psychological health, which in turn leads to an increase in the activity of an enzyme called telomerase that is important for the long-term health of cells in the body.

A related matter, this time from The Economist.
Stress and ageing: A question of attitude | The Economist
"stress management not only stops telomeres from shortening, it actually promotes their repair."
While not about meditation as such, it documents that people's maximum lifespan can be extended by reducing stress, even if their life situation does not otherwise change. (Actual lifespan may vary.)
