I've never experienced motion sickness however I used to have real problems getting a good nights sleep and it's priceless to be able to sleep well now. My life is vastly improved since I began regularly meditating with LifeFlow and using the tracks in the many ways they have been designed to help outside of meditation too.
I have found the benefits of meditation to be vast and life changing. One little, unusual change that came about a few years ago is that I know exactly when I have had sufficient to eat. In particular, on holidays or at Christmas, when many people can tend to over indulge (as I have done in the past) even if the most delicious foods are available, I only ever eat just enough and I can only put this down to regular meditation.
