Actually Happy
My fear of death and therefore rejection of being alive had made me depressed, constantly anxious, a heavy drinker, resentful, angry, lost, confused, helpless with no social confidence etc etc for as long as i can remember but now i am actually happy!! I have done a lot of ground work over the past seven years, and now Lifeflow has made it actually happen! and I'm only just starting LF8.
That is AMAZING.
All it takes is that bit of space that comes from being so totally relaxed.
Awesome. Life makes sense now, and is truly enjoyable for the first time.
Thanks.

That's wonderful news Mangosteen.
It is truly great to see how peace can be found, especially for those clearly never believed it to be possible. Now that you know it is possible, you can hold that realisation with you for ever and know that wherever you are, there is light to be found.
Hugs
Giles

Hi mangosteen
That's fantastic to hear. I myself have suffered with anxiety and panic, I still do but hearing of others success really inspires me to keep going. So, thankyou for sharing this with the forum.
I hope you don't mind me asking but do you consume the mangosteen fruit?
Jack
