I think I have finally found the right method for me. Since I am so lazy. I were trying to be in the now moment and have gotten there. But my broblem was that I coudnt stay there all the time , and I got fustrated by it. But that fustration leaded me to realization that there is nothing to do , and I dont have to do anything about it. If a thought or feeling comes I just rest in the fact that I dont have to do anything about it , and it fades away. This is perfect way for lazy people like me no effort required
