, I practice
chi running and I love the feeling of "floating along" when my posture is good and my mind/body relax, trouble is it can be very elusive. I am wondering if anyone has heard of the prcatice of
"Y' chi" (prononced "ee chee"), and whether anyone would recommend a particular level of lifeflow to help keep the mind relaxed but still focused???
