Yep, its all about you´re focus. Theres only one thing ever to do, and that is to be here.
That may sound confusing, because you surely think you
are already
here.
What i mean is, to drop everything you do and take a look within. Be still and watch... as long as you can. Meditation will increase your inner stillness, so it will be easier to be
here.
Here in this present moment, where you are
right now, there´s the solution for all your problems. You become aware that thoughts create your perception, and therefore start to drop them.
Every emotion that came up, because people hurt you, wants to express itself. It wants to be felt and accepted, not more not less. What you do as a child is, to block these emotions, because you dont know how to handle them. If you stop and hold still, if you´re focus is inward-looking, just looking, then these emotions will take their chance and come out to be free. And so you are... free.
So, everything that is left to do is to meditate every day, to create inner stillness, and to take your time, every day, to be here. Just sit down and watch. Dont run away
