Any thoughts?
Thanks for the advice.

Hi m2244,
here's something you could try - write down the weird, uncomfortable feelings you have about yourself (and I'm certain everyone who lives unconsciously instead of living in the conscious, present moment has many of these and more) and then re-write them into your own personal, positive affirmations
You can then read them to yourself while you play Creative Flow or after meditating/first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
I woke up this morning to one of the beautiful bonus tracks (Morning Gratitude) offered with the new sleep tracks - what a wonderful way to begin each day. And it's only 8 minutes. Here's a link if you would like to listen:-
LifeFlow Sleep Easy Solution Sample
It takes a little while to upload and the music plays a little while before you hear the words and I imagine this is so that it arouses you gently from your sleep instead of an alarm
I think the book by Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now" has all the answers. I refer to it and re-read it often.
I also love and highly recommend Og Mandino's
"The Greatest Miracle in the World" & it's sequel "Return of the Ragpicker"
These books had such an impact on me that I have worn a tiny pin with a small piece of old material attached to it inside my clothes for many years now.
Hope this helps and wish you an abundance of peace and joy
