What do you think about Hypnosis and it speeding up injury recovery? I just bought a lower limbs healing hypnosis, do you think it could work?

how many people have healed from disease due to placebo's, even tho it should be impossible according to modern medicine ?
Why does acupuncture work, even tho it is impossible to prove by today's standards ? Is it just something that needs to be discovered or is it the influence of the acupuncturist or even the mind of the patient ? Who can tell ?
