Default A bit of fun...

I have been having a bit of fun with a friend on quotes that reflect something in us....whether its for the now in our lives or just in general.

"If we never did anything because of the 'potential' to hurt or be hurt....we'd never live"

Thats my one for the moment.

2."the great question is not whether you have failed, but whether you are
content with failure"
3.To know the road ahead , ask those coming back.
4. To Know you do not know is best.
To pretend to know when you do not know is a disease.
5.be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.

"Sich etwas zu versagen ist bei weitem die schlimmste Form des Sichgehenlassens; es zwingt uns zu glauben wir täten große Dinge, während wir in Wirklichkeit auf uns selbst fixiert sind."

My two for the moment:

Do not look for faults in others, but look for faults in yourself, and purge them like bad blood

You have to practice meditation while you walk, stand up, lie down, sit, work, - while washing your hands, doing the dishes, mopping the floor, drinking tea, talking to friends, or whatever you are doing
