To recognise the original quality of the human Soul as peace is to stop searching outside for peace.

Peace begins within each of us.

Peace consists of positive thoughts, pure feelings and good wishes.

To stay peaceful requires strength and compassion.

If everyone in the world were peaceful, this world would be a peaceful world.

I am so greatful for all the love and laughter that filled our home yesterday. Today is cold, bright with blue skies and perfect for a long walk, gathering pine cones and holly with our amazing dog. And later, a cosy chair by the fire with a good book
