Default Once I go through all 10 levels (10-1) what's next?

Hi,

Once I go through all 10 levels (10-1) what's next?
Do I just listen to level 1 from their on in?
Is their a plan to produce cd's below level 1 (e.g. levels 0.9-0.1)

Thanks,

John

For now, that is all there is. It should be enough to last you for years actually.

There is research being done into delta levels tho

As I understand it, once you are done with CD 1, you can basically just listen to any of the CD's you want in any order.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Default After finishing all the levels what are the pros and cons of using level 10 vs level1

Regarding the below statement

After finishing all the levels what are the pros and cons of using level 10 vs. level 1 or any level in between.
I would think using level 1 from then on would be of most benefit since it is the deepest.

Hi John,

I hope the following post that I made about a week ago helps you understand how LifeFlow benefits me after going through all the levels some time ago. I tend to listen to my personal favourites which are 7,5,3 and 1.

I hope this helps you to understand how progressive meditation is and how LifeFlow continues to be useful even when you have completed the series. Michael is having some gamma waves created I believe.(I think for a deeper spiritual connection???) Anyway here's the post - hope it helps

Letting go.

I have commented many times on the huge changes in my life through meditating with LifeFlow for about 20 months now. I want to share with you something that has happened twice now which at the time seems really important to me and I just know that I have let go of some huge negative energy that I have supressed most of my life.

The reason I am writing this and I hope it isn't too long is so that if it happens to you you will understand how to deal with it.

Just before I tell you about the second experience I had earlier to-day I will list a few of the changes that have happened to me over time and regular meditation. Because I do not analyse anything much with meditation and simply accept what it brings I cannot say in order which benefits came first.
It's also an important point to understand that I have really suppressed some very deep emotions for most of my life.

Some of the benefits I enjoy:-

I make decisions often instantly and easily.
I am able to live consiously, enjoy life more and not be concerned about time.
I look forward and enjoy my "special time" each day (I do however accept whatever happens. Even now my mind can be busy sometimes and that's O.K.)
I feel calm, relaxed and in control of situations when they happen instead of feeling under pressure.
I don't watch the tense kind of films I used to (hopefully my painbody is diminishing.
I know exactly when I have had sufficient to eat, although I enjoy what I do eat so much more.
I cannot remember feeling angry for a long time
I feel deep inner peace and joy in my life.
I am really enjoying this amazing progressive journey through meditation

To-day is the second time that something that felt really important happened to me and although I have observed and let go of many negative emotions over time (probably a little at a time) I really felt I let go of something huge to-day.

After doing LifeFlow to-day (which felt deeply relaxing) I felt tired and thought I would just stay quiet and enjoy the feeling and the rest for a few minutes. However I fell asleep for about 20 minutes. I had a horrible dream and woke up feeling total fear and dread. Now I know this has happened occasionally throughout my life as it does to all of us. I was just about to give a sigh of relief and feel grateful that it was only a dream and then I suddenly realized here was an opportunity to observe.

It took some courage to do this at first but I just felt aware of this horrible feeling of fear and dread and observed that my stomach felt full of this horrible negative energy. I watched it for probably seconds (it felt longer) and then it began to slowly subside until it emptied completely from my stomach. All my fingers felt tingling in the same way my body does often during meditation (I really like this feeling) and I felt like I was letting it all go through my fingers. When I got up I felt really drained for a while after but felt something very good had happened. I know I let a very deep fear go.

My main point being, if this happens, don't be afraid - it's a great opportunity to let go of something big I believe. I wish you all happiness and joy on your progressive journeys. WOW Life is amazing

At first I thought the same. The deeper the meditation, the better it is, so the lower the entrainment frequency, the better was my thought.

So I sent Michael an email ( was no forum yet at that time ) and he replied:

By Michael Mackenzie:
Unique and beneficial effects are felt equally at all levels. No one is going to "get enlightened" any sooner by listening to LF-1 than they will by listening to LF-5. If they believe that they will then they understand neither entrainment or meditation very well. Personally, I like tracks 10, 7 and 4 the best. When I design entrainment tracks for my personal use the frequency I write in is most often 10Hz because that particular one has shown over and over again to be the easiest for humans to entrain to.

My personal favourite that seems to have the deepest and most rewarding effect is LifeFlow 7 allthough i do use others too. Obviously, the choice is yours but like the message above says, unique benefits are felt with all the tracks, and I have heard this from other users of LifeFlow too
Over time, I realised that the process of building up from 10 to 1 is only required to "train" your brain to go deeper.
Once you hit 1, your mind will know how to reach Delta, and after that, your brain will remember how it got there.

Now you can use LifeFlow levels for their unique benefits as explained here:

What Exactly Is LifeFlow & What Can It Do For You?

Each LifeFlow track has a number as part of its name. That number is the entrainment frequency for that track.

LifeFlow 10, 9 and 8 are various levels of Alpha brain waves.

LifeFlow 7, 6, 5 and 4 are various levels within the Theta brain waves and

LifeFlow 3, 2 and 1 are various levels within Delta brain waves.

......

LifeFlow is an amazing lifelong tool because when you have meditated with all the levels you can then continue to achieve more and more success by using the different levels in any order. For example, once you have meditated through all the level you may well listen to LifeFlow 7 and enjoy a new and wonderful meditation session. It's YOU who will always be progressing.
You can learn about the brainwave states and their benefits here:

Yes, it depends on what you intend to do or what your need or interest is at the moment.

Lowest frequencies are good for very deep meditation, lucid dreaming, hypnosis, deep relaxation, etc.

As you move up in frequency you will discover certain ones are good for focus, learning, treatment for things like ADD, etc.

Even higher frequencies may be good for getting "hyped" for a big sport event if you're an athlete.

Currently little is known about frequencies called "gamma" which are 40 and above because until recently, instruments such as EEG could not accurately measure those frequencies.

This is a fascinating area of study. More discussion on it by "explorers" more advanced than I would be most welcome.
