Default For busy people

Thought the following piece from "The Good Life" is really important for people with busy lives because I think many people believe if they only have a few minutes a day they will not experience the benefits of simply resting in the peace and tranquility for a short time. I am able to access this state within a matter of moments as I'm sure many others are. Also, there are many benefits to be gained by playing the bonus tracks e.g. Creative Flow, Optimal Learning, Peace and Harmony etc. while studying, reading, writing etc. (especially if you are working with computers :-

"It initially takes approximately 8 minutes for the entrainment to reach its full effect. With regular practice you will become more and more proficient at entering these states which can then be reached more and more quickly, within a few moments.
