I found this Eckharte Tolle video absolutely brilliant - it is 90 minutes - if you have the patience to watch the first hour, I'm sure you'll find the last 30 minutes amazing. He gives such a clear explanation of the "painbody", how to recognise your own, how to avoid others and why everybody has one (some milder than others)
This alone is one of the great benefits of regular meditation for me - once you become aware, you are in control of "it" instead of "it" controlling you
