Default Happy to be alive.

Aren't you?

The news always announces when someone passes away and/or is sick....Never has there been an article about someone being alive, well, and happy.
I am.
Are you?

VORACIOUSLY ALIVE and coming up from the Underground (Mouchette Bell is Into the Cave)

I dont know if im happy to be alive or im sad, i really dont know what i feel. All i know, is i feel a deep gratitude for life and a "calm happiness", i dont know how people can say they enjoy meditation - i "meditate" and still am bored to death when nothing happens, its good you get relaxed and this calm happiness from it because then noone will actually meditate.

This word meditation is so abstract and should be replaced by another two words : "Doing nothing" lol

have a good day and enjoy, you will move to sadness soon so be aware.

but do not worry yourself too much, because the sadness you experience will soon after be replaced by happiness, and so on and so forth.

...or at least that is what I am recently trying to convince myself. It seems to be reducing my anxiety and phobias, so I am going to stick with it.

Theres a slight difference between doing nothing and being still. Being still means to witness the moment, to hear the birds, the wind, to feel your body. Doing nothing implies actually boredom, which means there are a lot of thoughts. Thoughts are the ultimate killer of the now.
