Default lifeflow 7

Hi all, just thought i would share my thoughts on lifeflow7 and if any of you more experienced good people out there would share some advice it will be much appreciated..
Overall i am enjoying my meditation experience and have found it quite easy to relax to get the best out of it. The upheaval has not been so bad because i am also practicing releasing methods, i am gradually becoming the person i want to be. But for some reason with 7 im experiencing alot of upheaval, not so much during meditation but most of the time in between meditations. I seem to be experiencing anxiety and all the symptoms that go along with it. There are moments of joy throughout the day but mostly a stress reaction. I know its only natural for the body to react this way with change but is this normal at this stage of my journey? Is this progress? I find myself trying to let the feeling/emotion pass without holding on but it seems to make me a bit withdrawn whilst i observe,and im not living in the now as i should.
Some guidance would be great!

I am happy to hear that you are enjoying practising meditation and the relaxation it produces.

Allow things to happen at their own pace. Let go of expectation.
Being AWARE is to experience your emotions fully, don’t try to change them or avoid them. Accept it is what it is, “anger”, “love”, “fear” etc., allow it to be and it will pass.
