3 months should normaly bring some noticeable results, like Edwin said. If you take your time everyday, for lets say 20mins, for yourself, for calming down and relaxing, you should notice a slight difference in your daily life.
But if you do a mantra meditation in those 20mins, there should be a more noticeable effect.
If you do a mantra meditation with even binaural beats, especially with LF, then i cant explain why you see no changes in your perception. Most people, including me, notice something after even one try... so i would second Edwins suggestion, to tell us about your meditation practice, how you do it, where and when and how you feel when you´re meditating. Maybe you need some extra relaxation before the meditation itself, to learn to let go and relax your body?
