Default Month Three and not seeing any results

Hi all, I've been doing my meditations daily since joining on Jan 9th, and I am not feeling like I am getting anywhere. Coming up on 3 months and I still have the same insomnia issues, daily issues with impatience, and anger. Was hoping that a solid foundation of 3 months would facilitate some positive changes, that I might notice. Anyone have any insight??

Hmmm...

That's weird.
After 3 months of meditation at least some results should be showing.

I would like to get some more information from you.

First of all, of course, what are the results you were expecting from meditation.
Obviously you were hoping it to be a cure from insomnia, and I expect that if and when that problem is solved, the anger and impatience problem will be solved as well, or maybe the other way around ( chicken and egg thing, is the impatience/anger causing insomnia or vice versa ? ).
Is there anything else you might expect from meditation to solve your prob ?

Secondly, I would like to know how you meditate.
Stuff like how long do you meditate a day, what method, do you get the feeling it isn't working during your session as well or do you enjoy your sessions ?
Maybe you could describe it from start to end for us ?

3 months should normaly bring some noticeable results, like Edwin said. If you take your time everyday, for lets say 20mins, for yourself, for calming down and relaxing, you should notice a slight difference in your daily life.

But if you do a mantra meditation in those 20mins, there should be a more noticeable effect.

If you do a mantra meditation with even binaural beats, especially with LF, then i cant explain why you see no changes in your perception. Most people, including me, notice something after even one try... so i would second Edwins suggestion, to tell us about your meditation practice, how you do it, where and when and how you feel when you´re meditating. Maybe you need some extra relaxation before the meditation itself, to learn to let go and relax your body?
