Ach thats a bit annoying. I was unaware they would be shipped. I thought they would be avaliable as a free download rather than sending by post.
Unfortunately I cannot get them now.

I rushed home to be able to download but I only just downloaded 10. I am however on level four of Holosync so I am NOT new to meditation.

Please advise how I can download.

If it was a free mp3 download, I could get it. No credit card. Sounds like it would be a great experience. Hopefully sometime soon.

Hey! I have ADHD, which was the main reason that I began meditating. I started with Holosync, but my curiosity has led me here. Anyway, I received an email about the Gamma tracks, and paid $77 to get both of them. I guess they are going to be shipped to me. I didn't get any instructions to download them. Can you help me out? Are they downloadable or do they have to be mailed?
