Is it wise to go "Gamma Tripping" if you don't have any experience
in meditating at all? 'Cos I am afraid that is what is going to happen.
I may be overreacting,but perhaps some more insights on this matter, please, Michael?

Hi Edward,

The new Gamma tracks will only be available to those who either have some meditation experience under their belts, or who have progressed into some of the deeper levels of LifeFlow, or who have worked with other spiritual/metaphysical disciplines previously.

All brainwave states are perfectly natural. No entrainment track can produce any frequency of brainwave that your grey matter is not designed to produce on its own. Some frequencies may be relatively rare, such as Gamma, Hyper Gamma, Lamda and Epsilon, but if your brain can't produce them naturally then no entrainment track in the world can force it to.

These uncommon frequencies have relatively little documentation because they are seen so infrequently but my guess is that we may all experience flashes of them from time to time without ever having been aware of it.

The new tracks will also include an exciting new technology which fully compliments and works along side the current Binaural, Monaural and Isochronic technology that makes up the LifeFlow Meditation tracks.

I'm just thinking that 12pm noon EST is a little unfair for some people. I myself, being in the UK make that 5am. I wont be up at 5 in the morning and as I have work, it will be fairly late in the day before I could get on here.

I may be a little confused though. One email says that 100 are avaliable and when they are gone then they are gone. Then your next email said they would only be avaliable to certain people.

Could you clarify this please?
