Michael,
I am VERY INTERESTED in learning more about Gamma. Where can I find books or articles on the subject? Could/would you write more about it? It seems you're very well informed.
I have the Mind Workstation and could (and will) create some of my own tracks but I'd like to be much better informed before I try it.

yep
Yep id be into some gamma.
I have actually meditated with gamma for a while and ill tell you my results.
Basically what has happed to me with gamma is childhood memories coming up. not necessarliy bad ones. mostly good ones. such as smells and sights triggering old memories.
One main thing with gamma is that it feels like your brain is being activated. also, when i do it i notice the halo more around krishnas head in my meditation room.
one thing however as your brain awakens to gamma it makes you really really tired....(yawn) ans in the beginning days can be hard to get through for this reason.

I too would be interested in some "guided" exploration of the gamma frequencies. Currently, I do occasionally experiment with gamma using my Mind Workstation but I don't have EEG hooked up and I would really like to know more about it.

Michael, I would be interested in further study and discovery of the effects of gamma. I have experimented up to 120 Hz. Last time I did it I got a headache but it also felt like a lot of release occurred. However, you should know that I'm just 'messing around blind', exploring, without really knowing what I'm doing. Some "guided" experimentation and most importantly, useful knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Gamma Tracks
Hi Guys,
I have some gamma tracks in development stage right now. I plan to share much more information about this type of meditation in the next few months with a view to having the tracks available for early December 2008.

If you have an interest in exploring these Gamma frequencies, just post a "YES" below. Michael
