Default Creative Flow is so versatile!!

I couldn't believe it when I read about Creative flow, Optimal learning and Lifeflow 10 being good for children and pets in a recent newsletter! So I've put it to the test and here's what I've found so far:-
My daughter has been playing optimal learning and Lifeflow 10 in the background whilst my 6 year old grandson has been doing his French homework for over a week now and although it's too early to know if he is accademically improving she has definately noticed that he isn't always trying to leave some homework for later, he just gets on with it. Before he always used to ask all the time to go and play (who wouldn't?) Both my grandchildren, aged 6 and 4 often get out of bed a number of times with various excuses (as they do) Again we have been playing Creative Flow quietly in the background during their bedtime story and it is working wonders relaxing them.
We have a weekly family business meeting on Mondays. We have been playing Creative Flow in the background and good ideas are definately flowing much more easily.
We have four little dogs and one of them has always been very nervous. We have been playing Creative Flow again in the background for them - we're not sure if we're imagining an improvement in the nervous one - it may be wishful thinking, but all of them definately seem to relax more when it's playing. Anyway I'm amazed with the whole thing. I'll keep you posted with further developments. Happiness and joy

I'm so delighted you have written this as it has been on my mind lately.
I had the most beautiful experience whilst meditating . I had been meditating just for relaxation -not a deep one as I was in the company of my very active toddler and so I was listening in on him happily playing and peeking out of the corner of my eyes to check on him and I had very light relaxing music in the background ( not lifeflow as I havent transferred it on to a cd) .After about 15 min I felt my little boy sit on my lap and he sat there silently observing me then held me close patted my face and hugged me -well needless to say I felt incredible as I always do when we are together , but as I opened my eyes he looked at me silently and closed his eyes showing me to do the same- he was soo calm - hes very active as are all little boys and I couldn't help but wonder what would he do if lifeflow 10 was in the background.
So it was lovely to hear about your experiences with this !!!!
(I do know that in asian countries meditation is practised from an early age but I really haven't read any further into this.)

I have a theory about brainwave states that both pets and children can feel it when your brainwaves change. My cat usually askes for attention during the evening, or insists on sleeping on my lap.
He tried this too the first time I started meditating. But as soon as I shifted deeper into relaxation, he just quietly sat beside me and became very silent.

I haven't tried meditating around my kids yet... I might try it with LF on the stereo to check if this has any influence.

Hi Pollyanna....

I am sure this is listed elsewhere, so could you please let me know where I can find the frequencies of all these various "bonus tracks"? Lifeflow 1-10 are meticulously organized. But I get mixed up between Creative Flow, Optimal Learning, Peace & Harmony, Midnight Express, etc. I believe that Nirvana and Awaken are both in the Gamma range, right?

There is probably a neat, well-organized list of frequencies, somewhere on thise site. Perhaps you could just post a link.

Thanks again for all your help...

Hi Bryan,

I'm not sure of the exact frequencies for Creative Flow and Optimal Learning and just copied these relevant little bits from the leaflets for you...

"Creative Flow has been precisely designed to gently guide you into an enjoyable and inspiring theta brainwave state associated with enhanced creativity.

Optimal Learning is designed to gently guide you in to the alpha brainwave state commonly named by scientists as “The super learning state”.

Peace & Harmony is the Schumann Resonance 7.83Hz
Midnight Express is 10Hz

And yes, you're right about Awaken & Nirvana - they are both 40Hz Gamma tracks.

I wish you continued peace and joy

Haha, just seen Giles answer for you. Thanks Giles
