Quck question before buying
Hi All,
I'm a long time user of other products in the genre. I used one (Deep Zen, Holothink) for 9 months then switched to the 8 week one (the meditation program, I think). I have now been back on Deep Zen for 3 months.
Deep Zen 4 (tone only) has a lead in time of 11mins starting in Beta, through Alpha then a plateau in theta, finally comes back out again for the last 11mins.
If I purchase the Project meditation CD's what would be the benefit of starting at level 10 (alpha) when I'm already entrained for theta.
Please forgive if this question has come up before.
I really like the look of Project Meditation, but have the nagging question above that is stopping me.
Kind Thoughts

Thanks Grey,
As always, I posted then thought about it......then resaerched
I now realize the difference in the the products. i.e. Levels 10 thru 1 are just that each level is a constant. no wasteful takedown or up.
I have a long meditation background (years.....) and recent (approx 12 months)binaural beats experience. It should hold me in good stead for the Project Meditation Levels.
Silly question.....Maybe. What do you do after level 1? ........just carry on with the levels exerpimenting and re-visting. I suppose what i'm asking is it a lifetime experience.
I think I probably just answered my own questions

Hi Karmoh,
There are additional levels like gamma and nirvana, which you get after buying level 1. Id also suggest to start at level 10, even if you have experience with entrainment, as each level has its own purifying effects.

As Pan says, when you reach level 1 you also get two tracks called Awakening and Nirvana to use, but you don't have to just stick with those, you can revisit any of the levels and use them as you wish. Some people go back to level 10 and work down through the levels in a shorter timespan e.g. days rather than months and some people have 'favourite' levels (although they should have let go of anything causing them to dislike any of the others hehe!) that they revisit and use more than others.
As you suspect, yes, they can be used for a lifetime. Obviously things happen in our daily lives that can rewire our neural pathways, sometime undoing a little what has been done by the entrainment, so a little 'touching up' of each level would seem to be what is in order. A bit like painting the window frames of your house. Over time, they become weathered and just need a little top up of paint every now and then to keep them looking good.
Hugs
Giles
