With any "holistic" therapy, the legal recommendation is that you should always consult your doctor if you are taking medication.

In reality, there is not likely to be any issue with doing Lifeflow whilst on such medication, as long as you already realise what Lifeflow can do for you. e.g. you are aware that Lifeflow/Meditation (or any therapy) can bring up emotions and suppressed memories etc. and you will need to be aware of that so that you can deal with them and you will need to be prepared and willing to deal with them.

Of course, the crux of the matter is that it's your life and your choice. Nobody can make you do anything you don't and if you choose to go ahead with any therapy or treatement alongside any orthodox treatment. Thus, it's your responsibilty.

I, personally, wouldn't have a problem with combining the two, but you should decide for yourself.

Hugs

Giles

Do you just take the pills or do you have a professional helping you with unprocessed emotions ?

If you do have a therapist, please talk to him/her about it.

I think that your therapist will agree with Giles tho, but if meditation were to stir up some emotions that you need some extra help with, it would be nice if you could contact your therapist to help you with them.

Don't overdo your meditation, do a maximum of an hour a day.
