hi any one uses a meditation bench? i am thinking of buying one. which is best?

Hi david,

I used one for about a year or so, found even the measures of it, which i took for one of the forums member back then

These days im sitting in cross-legged, in half-lotus. Its a matter of taste i guess (and probably a matter of healthy bones ).

Which the best sitting position is, depends of course on the person... so try something you feel comfortable with

the problem is that they are not so popular here in malta
