People experience all sorts of sensations when meditating and/or using Lifeflow (ensure you download the Discover Meditation course for free too and practice meditation whilst listening to Lifeflow).
Sometimes those sensations can (physically, emotionally or mentally) feel unconfortable or painful and sometimes they can be pleasurable or releasing or even something you've never experienced before.
Whatever you experience, good or bad, observe it, and let it go. Every meditation session will be different, so if you hold onto an experience you tend to want (or not want) to experience the same again next time, and then these wants and expectations disrupt your next meditation session by bringing your focus to those things rather than the mantra or breath or whatever method you use to meditate.
Whatever you experience is normal.
