Default Floater, where to get your downloads.....

If you have subscribed to the Lifeflow program, you can access and download both optimal learning and Creative flow and the download center.

Enjoy!

Jodie
Can you use these at any point or only after completing the lf10-lf1?

Creative Flow and Optimal Learning can be used at any time, you don't have to wait until you've reached LF1. There are a couple of bonus tracks that should become available to you when you reach LF1, but you won't see those in your download center until you get down to that level.

Hugs

Optimal Learning and Creative Flow can be used during meditation or during everyday activities. As with any entrainment product it is wise not to use them whilst driving or operating machinery etc. (the usual precautions) as they may bring up mental, physical or emotional sensations that could detract from concentrated focus on a task.

I often use Creative Flow and Optimal Learning on my MP3 player whilst at work.

Hugs

Giles
