Question recovery from neurological desease

A month ago I got a neurological autoimmune disease called Miller Fisher syndrome (a variant of Guillain Barre syndrom). It was pretty ugly for couple of weeks, I was in the intensive care, almost completely paralyzed etc. To cut the long story short, I started recovering and I started also looking for an efficient way to recover faster and more effective. I found the brainwave entrainment program very interesting.
I would like to ask for professional opinion or any information on if it would be good for me, and if it would be safe to meditate using brainwave entrainment technique in such an unbalanced state

I think it would be wiser to ask this to your doctor or the specialists that cured you from your disease.

I looked up some basic information on your disease, and it sounds scary enough.
I am good at meditation, not medical stuff

At least I would advice you to take it easy with your meditation. Don't overdo it, meditation can help with recovery, but especially when you just started, it can be quite in investment on your concentration. And since meditation and concentrations are brain-thingy's....

You better ask your specialist

Hi there aleana, I completely agree with Edwin - you could gain from the gratitude exercise on C.D.2 of the free Discover Meditation course in the meantime. Wishing you peace and joy
