Hi All,
OK, Ok, i got to confess

On Wednesday after receiving Michael's email on the Schumann Resonance and the benefits of using LF7 as a background I decided to "jump in" as a "one time thing" out of proper sequence (I have been on LF9 12 days...).
By "jump in" I mean to meditate to the CD where I have not even "sample listened" to it previously.
This action was a reflection of my sometimes "over the top" personality...
The meditation session was a "ride" in that at the entrainment "kick in" point of around 6 to 8 minutes my body just "sank" into my chair with the feeling of "no feeling". It was like my body had "twice the mass" with the arms legs feeling "parked" as in a total idle restful state. My breathing had become the most "shallow" that I have ever experienced...only once did my autonomic breath mechanism force one semi extra intake of breath...
On the first two of three louder "slightly closer" thunder segments there was a quick "startle" (slight heart rate increase) but there was a zero startle on the last (third) segment. Throughout the track my thoughts did not seem to be focused on any particular "topic" or current problem/life issue or mood per say. It was just a drift of feeling immersed in the various waves of a downpour ebbing back and forth.
As the track winded down I then focused on my mantra and "rode down" abit deeper still. Slowly taking the correct 3 or so minutes (once I "decided" that it was time to "come to") to open the eyes and move I found my limbs slowly gaining strength from the total relaxed perhaps "not much oxygen required" state.
Sorry all for this "druggie like" post but entrainment seemed in this case to take me "awake" to a usually asleep brainwave level...wow....

OK now back on course....I have gone back to LF9 since Wednesday still enjoying it big time with the knowledge that "this stuff works".....

Very pleased that I invested in it............
Just to mention again that my action was "not suggested use" of the product and gradual slow move towards LifeFlow1 is the directive.
take care all
