About Natural sounds

Hi there,

I am new in the game and I was wondering whether every cd contains the same sounds of nature or not? I mean the foreground sounds like rainforest etc, not the background which I understand is consisted of different sound pattern, such as binaural, monaural and isochronic beats.

Hi there Ivan and welcome to the community. Every LifeFlow track has different natural soundscapes e.g. waves on the shore, thunderstorm, deep sea diving etc. They have all been specifically chosen and the thunderstorm in LifeFlow 7 resonates with the Schumman Resonance which is a great extra for you. That's wonderful Ivan - I'm really happy for you. Have you listened to Creative Flow and Optimal Learning?

I forgot to mention that these two are not sounds of nature like the LifeFlow series - they are very easy listening though - I use them often when I am working or studying and find they really help me. I wish you continued peace and joy
