Default Upheaval vs. Overwhelm (LF9 Question)

I went to LF9 this week after 1 month/1 week of LF10. The blissful tingly sensation felt throughout my body that I experienced during LF10 (after changing to the pilot style headphones) has intensified in LF9 to the point of discomfort. It's been difficult to get through an entire session. This feeling is not attatched to any thoughts or emotions. I was wondering if this is what's meant by overwhelm. When I searched around the forum, it looks like overwhelm and upheaval are described the same way.

Is this something that I must endure for progress or is it wise to take a step back to LF10 for a little while longer. I decided to progress because it felt as though LF10 had no effect over the last 4 sessions that it was used (and I don't want a minute wasted in my journey).

I don't know if you are familiar with working with energy through systems like acupuncture, reiki, chi kung, or even yoga - at least in theory, even. If you were just getting started with one of them I would tell you that your system is responding to an increase in energy and the flow is being blocked. It doesn't have to be unpleasant to get through this stage, but it can be. If you can get acupuncture or massage, that would help. A yoga class would give you the benefits of massage or acupuncture with the added advantage of teaching you ways of helping yourself in the long term. If you don't mind trying something that might seem to border on crazy - if you believe in the existence of spirit guides or angels or your Higher Self - when you begin your meditation session, ask them to work on you on all levels of your being to remove the obstacles.
