It's a beautiful track and I had a positive experience with it.

I practice vipassana as taught by S N Goenka 2h daily and use LF on occasion (just because I feel I don't really need it, since the vipassana sit is really powerful as it is, and because I treasure silence and not having to depend on an audio player or any other gadget when I sit to medidate).

LF tracks are all beautiful and I actively recommend them to people, meditators and non-meditators alike. My mom (a non-meditator) had a dramatic positive experience with it that helped her deal with depression. I am thankful to LF and the people behind it. It has become part of my "bag of tools" to share with others when I feel that it can be of help to them.

I noticed an immediate change in awareness during the entire track. I have experimented with hypnosis and it was quite similar to this. The best description I may give is that I felt like I was connected to source. Thanks project meditation for the experience. What a wonderful product!

Lifeflow has helped my mum to sleep better than she has in years jazzi and her friends say that "supergran" has a new lease of life we are going to use the new gama cds when we have finished cd 1. when we have the odd night out i don't have to spend half the night outside anymore cos i havent smoked for over 2 months now and foods a lot more tasty. I feel more alive than I can ever remember thanx to Micheal and lifeflow love and best wishes Beth XX
