I've been meditating for 3 weeks now. I've been using lifeflow for a week now and when I'm finished with my meditation I feel as if I woke from a deep sleep. Now when I meditated without lifeflow I felt the same but not as heavy feeling as with lifeflow. I figured it was normal to feel this way since I am close to a sleep like state anyway. After 10 to 20 mins of my meditation being done most of those affects go away and the rest of the day I feel relaxed as if I got really high way earlier in the day and just feel great for the rest of the day. This is all normal right?

This is a very normal reaction to meditation. It can take the mind and body a few minutes to re-adjust to everyday living.
