Default I can't tell if I'm falling asleep or not?!

Hi so when I meditate it takes me a while to get totally relaxed and then I'll get into a really peaceful, relaxed state but there are moments where i realize that i've not been conscious and i wonder if i've fell asleep but i think i'm still breathing in and out deeply so i can't really tell if i am falling asleep... and i sit upright with my legs crossed. am i falling sleep? is it okay to fall asleep?

Its ok to fall asleep but if you don't want to fall asleep, you can stand up to do it. Falling asleep leaves you groggy and is not as effective for meditation.

Default Chi Kung

A lot of Chi Kung is standing meditation and it is very powerful. It also greatly encourages embodiment (embodied presence)
