Default Optimal Learning - best outloud or thru headphones?

Hi there, i need to start revising for an exam in 20 days time - help! Would Optimal Learning be useful for this? And exactly how?
Is it best to listen to it thru headphones whilst studing? Or outloud, as if it was background music?

Many thanks for your help :0)

Hi Nics,

All the entrainment tracks contain all of binaural, monaural and isochronic tones though you will only get the benefit of binaural when using headphones. However there are still great benefits to be had form the other two if you're not using headphones.

If you're comfortable wearing headphones whilst studying then go for it. Remember it doesn't have to be played loudly so you can turn the volume down most of the way so it doesn't distract you from your studies. If on the other hand you'd prefer it in the background, then great, go for that.

Hugs

Giles

Hi Nics,

As Giles said, just try listening both ways and see what suits you best. Open speakers, headphones or a variety of both.

Here's a link which may inspire you:-

I passed my exam with 100!

Good luck and I wish you much peace, joy and success with your exam
