Help- hearing pains

hi im new to this forum wanted to say hello to everyone , ive been using life-flow 10 for about 2 weeks now everythings going great , until a few days ago i stared to experience some popin noise when using the headphones and ear pains after wards , has anyone else experience this and can anyone give me some advice one this situation thank you.
