Hi Rahul,

For meditation you need to begin with LifeFlow 10, 9, 8 ... and you will gain the most from Awaken and Nirvana after you have spent time and feel comfortable with all the LifeFlow levels.

However, you can benefit straight away with the 40Hz Awaken and Nirvana Gamma tracks (outside of meditation)

Because of their multi-entrainment aspect, you can use them for relaxation, creativity, study, stress reduction, and so forth equally well. Other frequencies tend to work best for more specific types of activities. The 40hz frequency is what Michael calls a "Jack of all trades". I play Nirvana constantly when I am working at my computer and find it extremely helpful.

Hope I have explained this answer clearly enough for you. Please let me know if not and I wish you much peace and joy

Just a mild hint... it has been researched that theirs no measurable entrainment in the brain beyond 20hz (gamma). So the nirvana tracks may be useful for some, and for some not.

Hi Pan,
entrainment tracks using only binaural beats have no entrainment effect at all over 30Hz.

Nirvana and Awaken incorporate Monaural, Isochronic, Binaural and another special technology which makes them extremely effective for all. I have a really busy schedule today but will search for material to back up this fact so people are not mislead.

Wishing much peace and joy to all
