Default Session length

Hello,

I know the information is out there, but I'm having a difficult time finding it.
I'm wondering how long a session should be and how many per day. right now I'm meditating three times a day for thirty minutes and feel I can do more. I've only been meditating for a couple of months. Is this too much? Thanks.

Each person will find what suits themselves.

20 minutes, twice a day is plenty sufficient, but if you want to do some more then fine. Be careful not to meditate too much as you can find a) you may get a sense of 'overwhelm' and b) you don't leave yourself time to live your life.

I think quite a few of us here meditate twice a day, using lifeflow for at least one of those sessions, so that's like a 40 minute session and another 20 minute session.

Thanks for the reply. I've been a little obsessive with my new meditation experience, which is a little antithetical I suppose. The feedback and support from this site is remarkable. Thanks again.
