As you practice the Q Exercise you will know (unlike with various other meditation techniques) if you are doing it right.
Once you have mastered the Q Exercise you will find that you can consistently reproduce and experience the phenomena that the program calls a "feeling-sensation" on a frequent basis.
The Q Exercise creates a solid foundation for the Q Technique and it's imperative to spend time mastering the Q Exercise before moving on to the Q Technique.
The Q Technique will then refine and expand on the specific results obtained previously during the Q Exercise.
Any of the LifeFlow tracks or other tracks designed for use during meditation by Project Meditation may be used to enhance speed up progress using the EnlightenQ program. They are not required, but may definitely produce accelerated results. There is a free LifeFlow sample track that can be downloaded and used to great effect with EnlightenQ.
