Default Entering Alpha or Theta with Eyes Open Possible?
Hi, I'm new to meditation I was wondering if its possible to enter alpha while keeping your eyes open, using LF-10?

I really enjoy doing mirror affirmations and want to be able to use LF10 while I'm doing my affirmations which usually last 45min.
