Hi,
I started meditation a month ago, but i have problems with my concentration.
When i am meditating i can feel the heartbeat through the whole body, but after 2 or 3 minutes i start to feel itches an this break my concentration.
What can i do to solve this problem or to not paying attention to these itches?
I'd like to start meditating for 15 or 20 min.
