Default Meditating with a mindmachine

Thought i share my experiences with you, as im meditating regulary with a mindmachine (David Delight) since a few months. Basically its the same technique thats been used in Lifeflow, just that the different sessions are splitted into 3 different techniques (isochronic - has the best long term effect, binaural - has the best trance effect, and monaural - which is a good mixture of both). And of course, with the difference that the entrainment happens not only acoustically, but also visually.

The effect from this is a highly intensed entrainment. The good thing with the David Delight is, that you can feed it with any sound you like (like for example Lifeflow).

So if you´re absolutly happy with LF itself, then you probably dont benefit that much from a mindmachine. But if you´re like me, getting drawn out easily from your senses, then this can bring you down to a beneficial calm-level, which already-calm people probably already have when they start their LF session.

So the conclusion, its really good to calm down, as it nearly forces you to relax

Hope thats of help for all those, who wondered about this matter.

Atb,
Phil

Thanks for the information, Panthau. I had never heard of Mind Machine, but will be sure to investigate a bit. I very much like the idea that you can use LF with it...as I'm addicted to a couple of the LF tracks.

Odd that no one else has commented on this. I would have thought many members here might have experiences to share...?

I came across adverts for the mind machine many years ago, but it's not something I've ever taken a fancy to. I'm quite happy just meditating and listening to lifeflow.
