Default Two questions

Begin your meditation as usual. After a few moments of stabilizing by focusing on the breath ask yourself this question.

What is the mind like when it is focused and with the breath?
Notice what is it like to you? Is it like a still pool of water? A cloudy sky?

Next allow some thoughts to flow or emotion to arise and follow that. After a few moments ask yourself this question.

What is the mind like when it is not still? When it is moving and not resting with the body breath?

Notice the qualities of the still mind and the moving mind.

How are they different?
