I enrolled in the life flow program without any great conviction but with the thought of at least trying as every effort brings reward.
This morning I did my first Lifeflow 10 meditation. For a first attempt I was astounded at how effective it was. It was the kickstart I needed, and what a kick. From a let's give it a try attitude I now eagerly await a new regime of daily meditation. The excitement of the "new" experience obviously held me back in terms of what is possible to achieve and I expect a few more days of "bedding in" before real progress is made. I am currently not in the best of health but the rejuvination I experienced was thrilling to say the least.
Here's to a long and fruitful association.

Hi Iciek...
I was in a similar position to yours when I returned to meditation: basically, 25-30 years since I meditated regularly. And with some health issues, too. So it was interesting to read your first note.
Here's my take, so far, on LifeFlow. In meditation terms, it's a bit like riding an escalator. Without the tracks, on our own, we can either move towards a deeper state, or not. But, with LifeFlow, the tracks themselves are "moving" towards a deeper state. So, even if you just "sit there" -- (which, of course, is exactly what we SHOULD do) -- the tracks will carry you deeper.
This does NOT mean, of course, that listening to LifeFlow automatically creates a true "meditative state". It does not. If you put on the track just to relax, or take a nap, then that's what will happen. But, in meditation, LF10 and the others, really do help, taking you to the edge of a "meditative state". Whether you get there or not, is up to you.
The other great thing is they provide a wonderful "cocoon" in which to meditate. They just shut out the world, for me, and create an ideal environment to drift inward.
The open question, to me, is whether the "lower tracks" -- LF4, LF3, etc. -- confer any more benefits than the higher ones. That's a debate only a few, here, can really have. As only a minority have gone "all the way" to LF1. (I would be interested in any comments from the "veterans", on that.)
Here's one tantalizing tip for the future: In my humble opinion, LF7 is an absolutely perfect meditation track. I'm utterly in love with it. No matter what else I try, I always come back to LF7 as to a beloved "home".
Please keep posting. I, for one, am very interested in your progress.
