Hi to you all from Hazel and grateful thanks for the downloads and support offered here.

I have started a small meditation group meeting weekly and the local church has kindly offered the space for us. The other members are not experienced and I would like to play them some of the guided meditations.

Is it OK to do this with my downloads?

There is no reason why it would be a problem in sharing the mentioned guided meditations with your group of whom I'm sure will be very grateful to you.

Would love to here how you get on.
