Question A question about Self-Hypnosis

Does regular listening of Self-Hypnosis mp3s affects if it can't take in deeper trans as classical hypnosis ?
When I listen to self-hypnosis mp3s I feel fully aware of what is happening , Not being in sleep like state .

Any true form of Hypnosis should allow you to be completely aware of what is happening during the hypnosis.
Only stage hypnosis, which isn't really theraputic hypnosis at all, uses the power of suggestion to make people believe that they should forget things or not be aware of what's happening.

Hypnosis shouldn't make you sleep.

Hugs

Giles

Hypnosis is typically relaxing, yes, but if you're falling asleep then it's not doing what it's supposed to do, which is to take you to a certain level of relaxation and hold you there.
