Hi there Bhavya, I wanted to try out creating a new habit of focusing on certain individuals and deeply feeling "I'm sorry, forgive me, thankyou, I love you" before making any comments.
I was very interested in adding this to my daily routine because of how powerful the gratitude exercise alone is - here's what I found...
It feels really freeing and good - I focused particularly on one person whom I was very concerned about and although I do not feel it is right to discuss this persons life in the community, the changes which have occurred in their life is nothing short of a wonderful miracle
I have no proof that this exercise is the cause though my instinct tells me it played a good part - all I can say say is I do believe in miracles and this exercise can only do good - thank you so much for sharing this
