Default Mind Movies - Mindmovies

My daughter has created her own mind movie which is working brilliantly for her. She plays it on her computer everyday. She has put together numerous affirmations and photographs of the life she is creating. When she sent it through for me to watch I was amazed and thought how good this could be to help people visualize and affirm their dreams. I am really excited for her and proud of her for the brilliant movie she created.

Check out the following link which I have had permission to place below and see if it can help you with visualisation, affirmations and actualizing your dreams

This is a very great alternative to the Vision Boards which they talk alot about in The Secret!

A little tip: The Windows Movie Make which comes with you computer works really great as well to create mindmovies

Another tip: if you need inspiration for making you own, search on mindmovies on youtube, there is some fantastic ones.

Be Great

Good for you Edwin - I bet your girls will love watching it too! One major thing I forgot to say when making your mind movie is how special songs make it much easier to feel fantastic emotions. Peace and Joy to you

Do you have any tips Pollyanna ?

It feels as if my mindmovie is missing something...

Oh here is a tip from me: I recently bought an MP4 player, and I made a light version of the mindmovie and put it in there Now I can watch it whenever I start to feel down of anxious about the financial situation I am in

Hi Edwin, I haven't made a mind movie of my own yet but was totally impressed with my daughters and think it's a great aid (especially when people find it hard to visualize) because you can have it on your computer to access as often as you like It's obviously very visual and helps you to feel the way you will when you bring it into existence.

I totally believe that if you can experience it consistantly in the mind and heart, you can actualize it into reality.

One more thing, I think you said in a previous post, the hardest thing to do is keep the belief or the faith and you are so right. That is the important thing you need to master. Edwin please don't think I am preaching here but I have really been tough on this one point with myself and my family but it has worked.

Doing within while you're doing without can appear hard and possibly even seem impossible especially in the beginning, however that is only to the present map of reality.

A very recent ad on the U.K. T.V. was brought to my attention just recently where it shows a young girl being slapped accross the back of her head and her father telling her she is no good (something to that effect) and as she runs this dreadful scenario through her mind over and over and over again she creates her own self fulfilling prophecy and ends up behind bars I think and living a no good life.

All we have to do is create the life we truly desire and play it over and over and over again and again in our mind and feel emotionally as though we already have it. This is the one thing we have total control of and nobody can take away from us.

I recently read "What's the difference in successful people and people who fail? The successful people create and keep a number of good habits (one at a time) and the people who fail create and keep bad habits, one at a time.

When I do make a mind movie I will create many photographs and pictures of scenarios that I run through my mind on a daily basis. I can only give my own examples and respect we all have different desires, therefore I hope my suggestions do not seem too materialistic and offend anyone here.

I'll put a photo of the beach house I want on an island about 90 minutes away
from where I live - a photograph of myself and my husband smiling at the breakfast table saying "Let's go off to the beach house for a few days/weeks or let's pop over and visit the children at the beach house"

Photo's and letters from our 10 sponsored children telling us how much they are learning and enjoying their lives with their families.

Photo of us all as "the masked santa's" in a hired van, delivering a washing machine to someone who can't afford to replace their broken one, hampers of delicious food for families in need and sacks of books and toys to various orphanages.

Photo's of our friends and family playing in the pool and garden because we choose to work a 10 hour work week.

Photo of the amazing new success stories from the community on my computer screen.

I will place affirmations with the appropriate photo's and read them with absolute passion. Some of the ones I use are:-

I am so grateful for the abundance of health, wealth and joy in my life.

I love being in control of my thoughts and emotions.

I am so grateful for this amazing life I live.

In the background I will have playing the song "Nothings Gonna Stop Us Now."

Wow, that was a bit long winded - I hope anything in there helps you create what you truly desire

Thank you Pollyanna, for sharing how you were able to manifest ( and still are ) what you desire !

I sometimes tend to "cling" to something I want to manifest.
I mean that, I have 2 lottery tickets in the pocket of my coat, and in 2 days I will know if I have won something.
For some reason whenever I try to manifest "wealth" the lottery tickets jump into my mind, making me focus all my attention to them, while the attention could be on something productive like a good business idea.

I guess I am doing it wrong huh ?

Hi Keith, I'm really glad it helped and I hope you have an incredible day

Edwin, I hope one of your lottery tickets is a winner for you

Honestly though, I really hope you succeed yourself because it's who you become along the way that's the best reward. Have a fantastic day

P.S. Pick out your favourite quote or two from the latest Good Life from Michael and put it somewhere prominent or add it to your mind movie and remember as you meditate daily you are creating whole brain thinking like some of the famous inventors and creators of all time

This reminds me of a short film at Validation - Short Film (16 min)
It's a bit long but quite fun with a happy ending!

What a beautiful mind movie, Pollyanna and certainly not too materialistic. I like the balance between helping others and having a nurturing environment in which your family can enjoy life and recharge their batteries. And I certainly agree that music is a powerful addition - it really gets my emotions going when I hear certain songs. Kinda makes me think I should make my own mind movie.... Hmmmmm I might just do that!
