Hi Nathan, copied this from an old post by Raven for a free download of Think and Grow Rich. The e-book can be found in many places. Here is one link:

From everything I have read and studied I believe the most important and it would seem hardest thing to specifically define is what people want.
I appreciate that you're not just after attracting loads of money … more a family lifestyle and spiritual connectivity from within. There is real purpose in your desires and goodness in wanting to help others also.
It's really difficult for me not to sound so vague - all I know is, many people have said they don't know what they want. A number of men have said a specific expensive car (this seems to be a popular desire for men and I am not critisizing this either) I just believe many would give up on this when the mind starts to play games because it's easy to rationalize to yourself that you don't need a specific type of ferrari. On the other hand if you want a nice lifestyle for your family where you don't have to think too much about money and if something goes wrong with the car, the washing machine and the cooker all at the same time, you can simply have them repaired or replaced, I think you will feel more passionate about eliminating financial worries.
When you have taken the time to realise your genuine desire that you can feel passionate about, write it down in the present tense and in specific and clear detail. Read it aloud to yourself with passion/enthusiasm every morning and before you go to sleep at night.
At sometime in the day you can play Creative Flow, read it aloud, then close your eyes, visualize and imagine you already have whatever you desire. You can bring this into your time in the gym. Motion creates emotion and if you imagine that you are living the lifestyle you want, while you are running etc. you will feel the excitement of how good it feels to live this way.
The secret explains a point of great importance very well I think with the boy and the bike he wanted. When he was excited and believing in his dream he got it - however when he felt sorry for himself and lost belief in his dream it moved further away. The Universe obeyed both times. The secret to me is making use of your "emotional guidance system" and controlling your emotions to keep them aligned with your burning desire and finally when you get a hunch or a aha moment take notice of it and act on it.
LifeFlow helps with whole brain thinking, creativity, focus, confidence and releasing negative emotions.
Special songs e.g. "Nothings gonna stop us now" "Step by step" are inspiring to workout to.
The gratitude exercise is powerful

Creative Flow(Theta) and Optimal Learning(Alpha) are great for getting in the zone for visualisation.
Hope this helps and I wish you an abundance of joy and inspiration
